Usual licences, permits and insurances are required as part of your initial Supplier set up. Once you are compliant, you can self-manage your company information and important reference documents to demonstrate your compliance. Some Purchasers may require additional certifications, if this is the case, we will advise you of this prior to the tender.
1 hour. The actual auction will take no longer than 1 hour. Prior to the auction, you can review the tender as many times as you wish. During the tender, you can bid as many times as you choose.
Yes. All Suppliers are subject to the same consistent and transparent vetting process. Certain Purchasers will require Suppliers to provide additional information. If they do, ProcureM8 will clearly state this prior to the auction.

ProcureM8 charges a nominal brokerage fee that is a percentage of the annual contract over the life of the contract. It is charged monthly via direct debit. The fee is embedded into the bid price that the Purchaser sees. All suppliers have the same, uniform brokerage fee.
