As a Purchaser, the process could not be simpler. You need to provide usual details about the entity who is seeking the service, then provide basic details on the asset where the services will be rendered. Once you have input key details of an asset once, you can use the same asset multiple times for other work types with procureM8.
ProcureM8 regularly conducts Purchaser surveys seeking feedback on Suppliers. This information is fed back into Supplier scores that Purchasers can see when awarding work.
No. We provide the broking of the tender only. We do not warrant the quality of the awarded Suppliers' services. We regularly update Supplier ratings that you can see prior to awarding tenders.
No. Purchasers will submit using the same, consistent procurem8 template based on the work being purchased. For example, a Landlord purchasing a cleaning contract will clearly define requirements by using ProcureM8’s uniform template that details cleaning hours by day of the week and time of day defined by the Fair Work Commission. The template allows for the inclusion of incidentals and equipment if required. Detailed landlord scopes and contracts can be attached to the tender for review by suppliers prior to the tender.
Yes. All Suppliers are subject to the same consistent and transparent vetting process. Certain Purchasers can require Suppliers to provide additional information. If they do, ProcureM8 will clearly state this prior to the auction.
No. There is no obligation to go with the lowest bid.
1 hour. The actual auction will take no longer than 1 hour. Prior to the auction, you can review the tender as many times as you wish. During the tender, suppliers can bid as many times as they choose to.
We are working to expand ProcureM8 to many other supply streams. Please feel free to contact us should you wish to discuss a work stream currently not listed.
ProcureM8 charges a nominal brokerage fee to the suppliers that is a percentage of the annual contract over the life of the contract. The fee is embedded into the bid price that the Purchaser sees. All Suppliers have the same, uniform fee.
